What is the difference between UI and UX?
UX (User Experience) ensures the platform is easy to use, intuitive, and solves problems. UI (User Interface) handles the visual aesthetics, colors, typography, and graphic design of the screens.
Is the programming of the site or app included?
Not in these packages. These plans are exclusively for research, design, and visual prototyping in tools like Figma. If you need development, we have separate web and mobile programming packages.
What tool do you use to design?
We use Figma as our main tool, as it allows collaborative work in the cloud and has excellent export options (handoff) for developers.
Do you do partial redesigns of an existing site?
Of course! The Essential package is ideal for auditing a current site, finding its flaws, and redesigning the most critical screens to improve conversions.
What is a Design System?
It is a centralized library of components (buttons, typography, colors, inputs) that ensures visual consistency across all screens of your product, making it easy to scale the design in the future.
How long does the design process take?
The Essential package usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. The Boost and Corporate packages can take 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the depth of the research and the number of screens.
How do you work with our development team?
We perform a professional 'Handoff', meaning we deliver organized designs, with style guides, measurements, hex colors, and element inspection ready to be translated into code.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes, we issue tax invoices with VAT in Mexico. We just need your tax details when confirming the project.
